Zachary Lebowitz

Zach Lebowitz, a current NCAA assistant coach at Bowdoin college with 7 years of experience at the NCAA level, and a former NCAA D3 goaltender and NEPSAC Champion has been coaching ice hockey and developing both skaters and goaltenders for over 10 years. After a career ending knee injury, he left Western New England University to achieve his BSBA in Finance from Suffolk University, and his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. After completing degrees had a short career in finance working in Hedge Funds for State Street Bank. Zach has had several stops along way in his hockey career including 6 years as an assistant at Tufts University, a brief stint at Head Coach at the prep level, and a current position with the Groton School (NEPSAC), Bowdoin College (NESCAC), Boston Jr Rangers (EHL (Assistant Coach) and EHLp (Head Coach). As a current Level 4 certified coach, Zach looks to bring an amazing attitude and great work ethic to all of the Edge Hockey Skills students.

Matt Osgood

Matt was a 2002 Norwich Academy commit who opted to go the Junior hockey route. Matt Joined the EHL’s Valley Junior Warriors Tier 3 team. After Playing two seasons for the warriors he went on and signed with their rival New York Apple Core out of Brewster NY.

After an open tryout in the QMJHL Matt moved onto coaching. He has since been hired by Edge Hockey Skills to do player development. After serving as a split season prep coach during the summer of 19’ coach Osgood went on to be named coach of the year in the state of New Hampshire

He has then went on to work for HNIB and currently assists at Manchester Memorial high school. Coach Osgood brings years of coaching experience and tremendous vision, knowledge and accountability for players. Currently Matt is the lead recruiter and assistant coach for the NCAA DIII Southern New Hampshire University Penmen.

Mike Longmire

With a deep-rooted passion for developing top-tier hockey players, Mike Longmire brings an unmatched level of expertise and energy to Edge Hockey Skills. A Chicago native, Mike honed his game through local programs before making the move to AAA hockey in Maine, where he gained firsthand experience at the highest levels of youth development.

Mike’s coaching career took off with Wolfe Hockey Development, where he spent two years training elite players—from USHL and NCAA prospects to the foundation of the game at the U8 level. His ability to break down the game and elevate players' skills quickly earned him a reputation as a go-to development coach for serious athletes.

As the Director of Player Development for the Maine Jr. Mariners, Mike is now a driving force behind shaping the next generation of hockey players in the Northeast. His summers have been spent in Chicago working with the city's top youth talent, refining their skills and preparing them for high-level competition.

Now fully committed to growing the game in Maine, Mike brings a relentless coaching style, a sharp eye for detail, and a proven track record of developing elite talent. Whether working with goalies, skaters, or advanced players looking to break into higher levels of competition, Mike is the ultimate resource for players who want to dominate on the ice.

Ian Graiff

A highly skilled goaltender from South Jersey, Ian Graiff brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Edge Hockey Skills. His playing career saw him develop through top-tier programs, including the NJ Hitmen and the NJ 87s, before becoming the starting goaltender at Lawrence Academy, where he backstopped his team to a NEPSAC Finalist appearance.

Ian went on to play NCAA hockey at Alvernia University, where he continued to refine his craft and develop a deep understanding of the position. His technical expertise, sharp in-game awareness, and ability to mentor goalies of all levels make him an invaluable asset to aspiring netminders.

Now serving as a Goalie Coach and U18 Assistant Coach for the Maine Jr. Mariners, Ian is committed to helping goalies master their fundamentals, sharpen their reaction time, and develop the elite mindset required to excel at higher levels of competition.

Chuck Goss

Chuck a current NCAA DIII Coach Southern New Hampshire University, grew up in Nashua, NH. In 2001, as a freshman at Nashua High School, he was an alternate for the varsity team and had meetings with Hockey East schools, but suffered a season ending knee injury before the team won NHIAA D1 Championships. Eventually he made his way back and finished high school with Nashua High School South when the city split. After high school, Chuckie took some time away from hockey after further knee injuries. He returned to playing in 2013 and started to officiate and has been coaching for a little over 4 years now, currently serving as the head coach at Manchester Memorial High School. Previously he assisted at Nashua High North, Concord Carlisle and has helped coach with Edge hockey skills.

Dave Kololmtis

David Kolomatis grew up in NJ playing for the NJ Rockets. He was selected to play for the US National Development Program. After his U17 year he left to join the Owen Sound Attack of the OHL. Drafted by the LA Kings in 2009, David went on to play 4 years for the Manchester Monarchs (AHL). As an unrestricted free agent David signed with the Washington Capitals. After spending a season in Hershey, David went on to play for Tappara in Tampere Finland. Upon returning to North America David enrolled in Penn State World Campus, allowing him to earn his bachelor's degree while continuing to play for the Toronto Marlies (AHL) before returning to Manchester to finish his career with the Monarchs.

Since retiring in 2019, David has worked as a skill development coach, consulting with local prep schools as well as junior programs in the NH/MA area.

Cam Smith

A dynamic and experienced skills coach, Cam Smith has dedicated his career to developing and mentoring hockey players of all ages. As the Youth Hockey Director for the Maine Jr. Mariners, Cam plays a pivotal role in shaping young athletes and preparing them for the next level of competition.

With a deep passion for player development, Cam specializes in skating mechanics, edge control, puck handling, and game awareness. His coaching philosophy focuses on building a strong foundation of skills while fostering confidence and hockey IQ—essential tools for long-term success.

Cam has worked with players at all levels, from youth hockey to elite prospects, using a progressive, high-energy coaching approach that keeps players engaged and constantly improving. His ability to break down complex skills and translate them into game-ready movements makes him one of the top development coaches in the region.
